Play Works Therapy

occupational therapy

A child’s role in life is to play and interact with other children. Pediatric occupational therapists evaluate a child’s current skills related to their ‘occupations’ of play, school performance, and participation in daily activities while comparing them with what is developmentally appropriate for their age group. Occupational therapists can help children perform daily activities they may find challenging by addressing sensory, social, behavioral, motor, and environmental issues.

Play Works Therapy provides comprehensive evaluations, direct intervention, and consultation to support a child in their natural environment. Please contact Kate Pitt, Occupational Therapist, with any questions and/or concerns about your child.
