Toddler Care (12 to 30 months)
The world of toddlers (12 months to 30 months) is magical. The immense brain development that occurs at this stage transforms once quiet toddlers into talkative moving machines! During this stage children begin to combine words to express themselves
Early Preschool (2.5 to 3.5 years)
The ages 2.5 to 3.5 years are a pivotal time of growth and transition. Our program bridges the gap between free exploration and semi-structured learning, helping children develop social skills and curiosity through guided play, routines, and hands-on activities.
3's Pre-school (3 to 4 years)
Following explosive growth in movement and language skills, three-year-olds love to share their budding personalities and new-found passions. Children’s capacity to explore their environment and learn through imitation builds self-care skills and a new found independence, which children are often delighted to demonstrate. Improved problem solving-skills create opportunities to introduce more engaging academic foundations, such as number sense, patterns and sequences, and pre-literacy skills. Three-year-olds usher in a season of expanded imaginations and an ability to integrate information they have gleaned from school with their own lived experiences. No longer mimicking and absorbing vocabulary, they are ready to engage and explore more complex ideas. This stage is filled with growing self-confidence and captivating wonder about the world around them.
PRE-K ( 4 to 5 years)
Children in pre-k have honed so many foundational motor, social, emotional, and language skills that this stage centers around peer relationships, cooperation, and budding academic independence. Children not only recognize numbers and letters, but gain better understanding of their symbolic meaning and how they can be used for reading and solving problems. Many children now know classroom rules and routines and can follow them more fluidly with less adult support. These foundations enable them to explore a higher level of critical thinking and solidify foundational academic skills in order to be well prepared for their transition to kindergarten.

Discovery Village Academy is a licensed preschool accepting enrollments between the age of 18 months to 6 years . The pre-school is dedicated to cultivating children’s developing minds.
Because we recognize the unique brain development that occurs before age 5,
each of our programs center around nurturing relationships as well as academic and play-based
experiential learning. We also implement opportunities necessary for promoting children’s cognitive,
social, emotional, linguistic, and motor development. In all we do,
we seek to foster a love of learning and to build an engaging community.

Birthdays
Good childcare can be hard to find.
Date nights enable parents to have an evening out and are designed for children ages 3-6 from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
Children spend the evening making friends and having fun with staff you know and trust.
